Our commitment to you

We are committed to ensure that any product we deliver is of a high standard. It is important to us that we act quickly to resolve any problems that arise. Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding any problems or concerns they have. We will act in accordance with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship outside of New Zealand.
We do not deliver to RD addresses.
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Liability

The customer will be liable for every order placed and agrees to indemnify Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork for all claims or damages whatsoever arising from the placing of orders to Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork.

Security of information

Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork shall use its best endeavors to prevent any unauthorised entry into Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork online shop. However Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access.

Returns Policy

Returns and credits, all claims must be notified within 2 days of receipt of delivery of goods, claims outside this time frame may not be accepted by Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork.

Refunds Policy

Wherever possible, Havoc Enterprises Ltd T/A Havoc Farm Pork will replace damaged or faulty goods, otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our returns policy.

Our Currency

The prices of products are displayed in New Zealand currency and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax.
