A few things you might want to know before placing your order…

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all major towns and cities within New Zealand, but please note this does not include rural (RD) addresses.

How is my order sent?

To guarantee the best quality, your order is dispatched on overnight courier and is packed in a polystyrene box with some ice strips to ensure it is kept at the right temperature during delivery. We do ask that somebody is at the delivery address to receive the order to avoid it being left outside your door.

A business address is good for delivery if this is suitable for you, if we are sending to your home address and you will not be home please give instructions of where you would like the courier to leave your order.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched and when it will arrive?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with a tracking number, and your order should arrive sometime the next day. If your order hasn’t arrived, please call us on 03 488-1389 so we can help you with tracking your order.

What days do you dispatch orders?

We will try to get your order out as soon as possible. Most orders received on Thursdays to Mondays are dispatched on Tuesdays. Orders received on Tuesday to 12 noon Wednesday are dispatched on Wednesday. We would be happy to do our best to deliver at a time to suit you, just let us know the date you would like your order to arrive.

What are the Freight Costs?

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $20 per box. A box full weights approx 5-6kg depending on the type of product in the box.

You can also pick up free from our Dunedin factory (see our contact page for the address).

Check with your friends and family – maybe they would like to place an order with you, so you can share the freight cost.

I can’t find the product I wish to buy on your online shop.
